Abstract

|
본 연구는 임신부를 대상으로 스트레스와 타아애착정도 파악하기 위해 수행한 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 광주시 2개의 산부인과 전문병원에 산전관리를 받기 위해 내원한 임신부로 임신으로 인한 합병증이나 기타 질환이 없는 긴장한 임신부 126명을 대상으로 하였다.
자료수집은 안황란(1985)의 스트레스 측정도구와 Cranley(1981)의 태아애착 측정도구를 수정하여 설문지로 작성하여 수집하였다.
수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다.
1. 임신부의 스트레스 점수는 65.21점(범위 : 26∼130점)을 나타냈다.
2. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 스트레스의 차이를 본 결과 26∼30세 연령의 임부가(P=.04), 직업이 없는 임부가(P=.01), 월수입이 높은 임부가(p=.0003), 초음파로 아기를 본적이 있는 임부가(P=.03) 유의하게 스트레스 정도가 낮았다.
3. 임신부의 태아애착점수는 88.33점(범위 : 25∼125점)으로 중간이상의 애착을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
4. 대상자의 일반적 특성에 따라 태아애착 행위의 차이를 본 결과 임신 주수가 길수록(P=.02), 계획된 임신일 경우(P=.01) 유의하게 높은 태아애착 점수를 보였다.
5. 태아애착을 가장 많이 하는 문항은 ’아기가 어떻게 생겼는지 보고 싶다’(평균 4.50)였고, 애착을 가장 적게 하는 문항은 ’이번 아기에게 여자이름을 지어 놓았다’(평균 1.94)로 나타났다.
6. 임신부들의 스트레스 정도와 태아애착행위와는 상관관계는 유의한 수준의 역상관관계를 보였다(r=-.175, P=.05).

The purpose of study was to identify the relationship between stress and maternal fetal attachment.
The subjects were 126 pregnant women. Data were collected in OB & GY clinic by modified Ann, Hwang Ran’s Stress Scale(1985) and Cranley’s Maternal-Fetal Attachment Scale(1981).
The data were analyzed by Mean Standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient.
The results were as follows :
1. The mean scores of stress was 65.21(range : 26∼130).
2. There were significant difference in the degree of stress, named maternal aged(p=.04), monthly income(p=.0003), hether the women had a occupation(=.01), and had experienced on ultrasonography(P=.03).
3. The mean score of maternal-fetal attachment(MFA) was 88.33(range : 25∼125).
4. Gestational period(P=.02), whether the women had planned pregnancy(p=.01) were significant difference in degree of maternal fetal attachment.
5. The most frequently practiced attachment item was "I’m really looking forward to seeing what the baby looks like(mean 4.50)". The least practiced attachment item was "I have decided on a mane for a girl baby(mean 1.94)".
6. The hypothesis was supported that the higher the degree of stress by pregnant women the lower that of Maternal Fetal Attachment Score(r=-.175, P=.05).
